Learn to ski and hit the slopes in this winter paradise. Renowned for its best powder snow in Hokkaido and especially well-suited to all level skiers, the ski domain will become the favorite playground for both couples and families with teens alike. Highest annual snowfall in Japan, best powder snow in Hokkaido: Kiroro Ski area is an attractive playground for advanced and expert in snowboard. Get on your board, follow your instructor, master to unlock new skills and have fun.

If you prefer to experience the mountain other than on skis, enjoy a trekking programme.

Mostly on snowshoes, and sometimes with other disciplines such as nordic walking or hiking, these treks are supervised by mountain guides who will take you to areas away from the ski slopes.

Open-air, indoor, heated, infinity or with a mountain view: you`ll want to head straight for our pools. Perhaps you want to spend time alone, with a partner or with your nearest and dearest: the choice is yours. Come and cool off, have fun, swim or relax after a sport-filled day.

The availability of ski instructors for private lessons on any given day vary depending on guest`s demand. While Club Med Resort has one of the highest number of ski instructors for any resort in Hokkaido, we do regret instances where demand for private lessons overwhelm our ability to cater for every request.

The dynamic and vast course of Kiroro Ski area is spread over the two mountains of Asari and Nagamine and can be enjoyed by people of all levels. Explore this dynamic domain and ride Japan’s renowned powdery slopes.

During Early Season (1-15 Dec 2023) and Spring Season (8 Apr – 6 May 2024), please be informed that there will be reduced operation in the Kiroro Ski Area due to reduced snowfall conditions. The operation of the Kiroro Ski Area is dependent on the ski domain operator and prevailing weather conditions. Club Med does not operate the ski lifts and gondolas.
